Apple Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices stale high fiber or whole wheat bread, diced
    1 c. nonfat dry powdered milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. unprocessed bran
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    3 packs Sweet 'N Low (optional)
Preparation
    Combine bread, dry milk, baking powder, baking soda and apple pie
    spice\tin
    blender.
    Blend until bread is crumbled. Add applesauce,
    eggs
    and
    bran.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Stir in raisins. Spoon
    batter into nonstick muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking
    spray. Bake for 25 minutes in preheated 375\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Yields 12 muffins.
