Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and dice.
    Melt margarine and stir in flour.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cheese.
    Put potatoes in a greased casserole.
    Pour sauce over them and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
