Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
2 (9-inch) pie shells
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together.
Slowly add powdered sugar and milk, alternately.
Mix well.
Gently fold in two (8 ounce) cartons frozen whipped topping (thawed).
Spoon into pie shells.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and freeze until solid. Serve frozen.
