Orange Nut Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped raisins
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp. orange juice
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir in all but 1/4 cup of the pecans and raisins.
Add egg, shortening, orange peel, orange juice, vanilla and milk.
Mix just until blended.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
