Ann'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rice
    2 c. (or more) chicken (cooked)
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    21 oz. (2 cans) soup, cream of mushroom
    8 oz. (1 can) water chestnuts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. (2/3 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
