Pina Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 c. cream of coconut
    3 c. vodka
    12 c. ice cubes
    flowers or fresh fruit
Preparation
    In blender, combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut and vodka; blend until smooth.
    (Can be made ahead.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.)
    Before serving, puree in blender with ice.
    Serve in tall glasses.
    Garnish with flowers or fresh fruit. Makes 16 servings.
