Chewy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat eggs until lightly foamy; add sugar, vanilla and margarine until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix at low speed until blended.
Stir in pecans.
Mixture will be stiff.
Bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
