Meat And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. noodles
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. cooked and canned peas, drained
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked ham (cut up)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Make medium white sauce by melting 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick.
    Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.
    Add cooked noodles, ham and peas.
    Put into baking dish.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8. Beef or chicken is good too.
