Double Bran Gem Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wheat bran
    1 c. oat bran
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 large bananas, smashed
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    In a bowl, combine wheat and oat brans, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients.
    Pour onto dry mixture and mix until just combined. Scoop by 1/4 cupfuls into prepared muffin cups.
    Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until toothpick comes out sticky, but not wet.
