Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can Ortega chilies, diced
    1 can chopped olives
    1 can sliced olives
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add taco mix, tomato paste, salt and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Roll flour tortillas, stuffed with meat mixture and chopped olives.
    Cover with cheese, followed by diced chilies, then remaining meat mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
