Easy Vegetable-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green peppers, cut in half and boiled 5 minutes
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook halved peppers.
Combine kidney beans, broccoli and cheese.
Fill each pepper half with the mix.
Pour sauce over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or cook in skillet 15 to 30 minutes.
