Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 3 tablespoons liquid.
    Flake fish. Combine salmon and liquid, crumbs, celery, onion and egg.
    Mix well.
    Form into 5 patties.
    Fry in lightly greased skillet.
