Chiles Rellenos(Stuffed Bell Peppers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Poblano peppers
    16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 eggs
    3 tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and add spices if desired, then drain grease and put aside.
