President'S Choice (Aunt Helen'S Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar (light)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. white wine Worcestershire
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. water
    dash of red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving size pieces; brown in oil.
    Remove to casserole dish.
    Add onion to hot oil; brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
