3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. orange zest (peel)
1 egg
1 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. orange marmalade
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Stir in orange peel.
Beat egg; add milk, marmalade and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Let stand 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tests done.
