Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream (I use Milnot and sour with 1 tsp. vinegar)
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. thyme or sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix butter and sour cream; add egg.
    Combine flour, thyme, salt and baking powder and add to first mixture.
    Mix thoroughly. Pour in greased baking dish.
    Saute onion, carrots, pepper and mushrooms in margarine; add chicken and soup.
    Spread over top of dough and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
