Chicken Keiv - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
1 tsp. basil and oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a saucepan melt butter.
Combine crumbs, cheese and spices.
Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in crumbs.
Place skin side up in a baking dish.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Add wine, green onions and parsley to remaining butter (about 1/2 cup).
When chicken is golden, pour butter sauce mixture over chicken and return to oven for 5 minutes.
