Sausage Onion Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Cook sausage and onion until brown; drain.
Mix Bisquick, milk and 1 egg.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased Pyrex pan.
Top with sausage mixture.
Mix sour cream, salt, pepper and 1 egg.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. When cool, cut into squares.
