Mexican Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. taco seasoning
    1 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can Mexican tomato sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. corn chips, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    In a large bowl, combine ground beef and all remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 15-inch casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spread sour cream over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
