Deep Dish Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    apples
Preparation
    Prepare
    apples by peeling and slicing as you would for a regular pie in a large pie plate.
    Use enough apples to fill the plate.
    For
    topping,
    beat 2 eggs, add sugar and butter. Beat well.
    Fold
    in
    flour which has been sifted with baking powder and
    salt.
    Add
    vanilla.
    Spread mixture over apples, and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done (about 45 minutes).
