Bavarian Sausage Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coleslaw mix
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 1/4 c. water
    3/4 fully cooked Kielbasa Polish sausage, sliced
    1 4 1/2 oz. pkg. quick-cook noodles and sour cream/chive sauce mix
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute coleslaw mix and carrots until crisp tender.
    Add water, bring to a boil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and return to a boil.
    Cook for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.
    Approx. 5 servings.
