Sweet Potato Pecan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter, cooled
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup butter, eggs, vanilla, milk and nutmeg until the mixture is smooth.
    Transfer to lightly buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    In a bowl, stir together the brown sugar, flour, remaining butter and pecans.
    Sprinkle the mixture over sweet potatoes.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
