Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. minced onion
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, cook the meat, crumbling with a fork until it loses its red color.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring constantly for 30 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
