Cornflake "Macaroons" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    8 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1 c. cornflakes
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white, gradually adding 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
    Stir in remaining 6 tablespoons sugar and other ingredients.
    Place by rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 18 cookies.
