Beef With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 lb. beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. soup stock
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. green peppers
    1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
Preparation
    Heat pan; add oil and garlic (crushed).
    Add beef, cut in small thin strips.
    Brown.
    Add salt, pepper and soup stock; simmer a few minutes.
