Ingredients

oleo
2 large onions
6 c. water
5 bouillon cubes (beef)
1/8 c. red wine
dark pepper
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onions in oleo until limp, not brown.
Add onions to other ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Top with slice of French bread and cheese.
