Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. corn syrup
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine by hand to make crumbs. Set aside 2 cups of the crumbs.
    Mix boiling water, corn syrup and baking soda.
    Stir into the crumbs.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place the 2 cups of crumbs over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
