Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dates or raisins

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; add apples.
Stir until apples are well coated.
Add nuts.
Stir well.
Add well beaten eggs and oil.
Mix with hands when batter is stiff.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 20 minutes.
If too done, try at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
