Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans water
1/2 c. chili pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. comino
2 1/4 tsp. oregano
2 1/4 tsp. dry onion
2 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. red pepper
6 tsp. mesa
1/4 c. warm water
Preparation

Brown hamburger in skillet.
Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce. Stir in all ingredients except red pepper and mesa.
Add red pepper.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Stir mesa flour into 1/4 cup warm water to make a thick, but flowable, mixture.
Add mesa mixture.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.
