Hot Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can halved apricots
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (16 oz.) can pears, cut in quarters
    1 can pitted Royal cherries, drained overnight (save juice)
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. fruit juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 large jar maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation
    Cook the oleo, brown sugar, curry powder, fruit juice and flour until thick.
    Add pecans and cherries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Super with ham, chicken, turkey and roast beef.
