Stuffed Jalapenos(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars Trappey's whole jalapeno peppers
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 bunch chopped shallots
Preparation
    Drain peppers and slice in half lengthwise; take seeds out. Soften cream cheese in microwave; mix in other ingredients.
    Stuff each pepper half.
    Place on baking sheet and put in a 350\u00b0 until the cheese melts.
    Great with before dinner drinks!
