Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
6 egg yolks
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
8 oz. ReaLime concentrate lime juice
yellow or green food coloring
1 carton Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring until smooth.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
When completely cool, top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
