Pineapple Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. sugar
1 large Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatine (mix well).
Add softened cream cheese while mixture is still hot.
Add sugar and beat until smooth.
Add Cool Whip and beat.
Add pineapple (juice and all); beat until smooth.
Put into Bundt mold.
Garnish with strawberries.
