Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water or 4 c. water and 4 c. chicken broth
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes or diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 c. skim milk
    12 oz. light Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. sauted onions (use cooking spray to saut)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 flour tortillas, torn in small pieces
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water. Cut into bite size pieces and return to broth. Add remainder of ingredients except tortillas. Boil for 10 minutes and then add tortillas. Boil until tortillas are soft.
