Cold Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cooked and sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Heat everything except carrots in saucepan to dissolve sugar. Pour over carrots; marinate for 48 hours in refrigerator.
You can serve carrots cold or, if you prefer, you can heat them in your microwave.
Serves 8 to 10.
