6 ripe bananas
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 large box vanilla wafers
1 (6 oz.) can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
dash of salt
Preparation

In microwave bowl mix sugar, margarine, flour and salt, then add milk and flavor to mixture, using a large spoon.
Cook in microwave until filling is thick.
Separate eggs and beat yolk with a spoon and slowly mix in filling.
Pour filling over layer of wafers and bananas.
Add teaspoon of sugar to egg whites and whip until stiff and cook in the oven until topping is brown.
