Nasturtium Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    chives or scallions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Whip together all ingredients, then fold in coarsely chopped nasturtiums. Form into pats and logs and wrap in plastic.
    Can be frozen.
