Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper.
    Moisten potatoes with water and roll in the mixture, coating them well.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
    Turn once during baking.
    When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6-8 servings.
