Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. jelly
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
Beat eggs with a rotary beater about 5 minutes until heavy peaks stay on beater when lifted.
Beat in sugar, a little at a time.
Gently mix in water and vanilla.
Gently mix in flour mixture.
