Stir-Fry Ground Meat With Celery And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey or beef
    4 stalks celery, cut in 1/4-inch slanted slices
    2 c. broccoli, cut up
    1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
    3 pieces garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine (red)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In heavy large skillet or wok at high heat stir-fry meat until done, then add vegetables and stir-fry until broccoli turns color, about 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add spices and remaining ingredients, except cornstarch and water.
    Stir to blend.
    Add the cornstarch mixture and reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve over rice or noodles.
