Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in reserved juice. Add cheese and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
