Frank Alper'S Man'S Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. canned tomato juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 bay leaf
4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. oleo or oil
2 to 2 1/2 or 3 lb. fryers
3 medium onions
Preparation

Day before or early in the day, in saucepan, make sauce. Combine salt, pepper, tomato juice, cayenne, mustard, sugar, bay leaf, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic and oleo.
Simmer 10 minutes, then refrigerate.
