Scotch Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. no fat yogurt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    bananas, other fruit, orange and lemon rind, nuts, other whole flours (add any of these to give a smile)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until frothy.
    Add salt, sugar, vanilla and almond.
    Alternate flour, milk and yogurt.
    Add any optional ingredients.
    Just before cooking, add baking powder.
    Stir briefly until the lumps are out.
    Cook on a very hot griddle without oil.
    These pancakes are magic; they don't stick because of the baking powder.
    Serve hot and add fresh fruit, maple syrup or yogurt.
