Confetti Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 qt. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/3 c. lime juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. mint leaves
2 qt. ginger ale
1 qt. soda water
strawberry, lemon and lime sherbet
Preparation

Combine juices, sugar and mint leaves.
Chill.
Strain.
Pour mixture over ice in a bowl.
Pour ginger ale and soda water in on sides of bowl to create foam.
Add fruit sherbet scoops to float on top.
