Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    salt (lightly)
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. mango (pepper)
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Add all ingredients to large loaf pan; shake ketchup over top and pieces of block cheese.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    (It will thicken when done.)
