Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice.
Place in refrigerator to set slightly.
Crush crackers to make crumbs; add 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
Place graham cracker crumb mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Save about 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
Whip chilled milk; add 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
Add cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour over crumbs and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
