Pasta Bruccoleri(On A Healthy Note) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli
    2 c. cauliflower
    2 c. carrots
    4 cloves garlic
    1 c. pasta
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. margarine (optional)
Preparation
    Steam vegetables.
    Cook pasta.
    Saute garlic in 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
    Add steamed vegetables, pasta and remainder of chicken broth to garlic.
    Add margarine (optional).
    Sprinkle grated Parmesan over pasta to serve.
