Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Beat eggs and beat in milk, butter, bananas and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Bake each pancake on a hot, lightly oiled griddle, pouring out 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Flip once when brown.
