Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, boiled eggs or favorite salad toppings
Preparation
    Unroll crescents and press firmly in a pizza pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese and dressing until smooth.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, boiled eggs or your favorite salad toppings.
