Green Beans And Carrots Almondine(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. carrots, cut lengthwise 1/4 inch strips 3 inches long
    3/4 lb. small green beans, ends snapped off
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine carrots, green beans, bouillon cube and water in 2-quart casserole, cover and cook on High in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring twice while cooking.
    In a 1 cup measuring cup, cook butter and slivered almonds until lightly browned.
    Add lemon juice and toss with cooked vegetables.
